2. Refunds & Replacements
If your product is eligible for a refund or replacement, you’ll have the option to:

Receive a full refund to your original payment method

Request a replacement product at no additional cost
Refunds are processed within 5 -10 business days of approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order or waitlist reservation anytime before your item ships.
Once your item is dispatched, standard refund terms apply.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, we’ll help track it.
If confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

1. Returns
Due to the biodegradable and ceremonial nature of TURN urns, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, if your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
