3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
When you place an order, you:

  • Confirm that all details are accurate and true

  • Authorize us to charge your selected payment method

  • Understand that some items may be made-to-order or limited in quantity

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if necessary (e.g., due to product limits or suspected misuse).

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship using trusted courier services and aim to deliver within stated timelines.
Delays due to postal issues or external factors (weather, customs, etc.) are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to assist.
If your order is lost or damaged, contact us at hello@turnurn.com, we’ll make it right.
 
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the ceremonial and biodegradable nature of TURN urns, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please email us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
We aim to handle all concerns with empathy and fairness.

6. Waitlist & Pre-Orders
Some of our products are available in limited batches.
By joining our waitlist or pre-ordering:

  • You reserve priority access to future releases

  • You’ll receive email updates with estimated delivery windows

  • Payment may be processed upfront or upon fulfillment, depending on the item

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before shipment.
 
7. Use of TURN Urns
TURN urns are intended for personal, ceremonial use only.
When planted, they are designed to biodegrade naturally under proper soil and moisture conditions. We are not responsible for improper use, environmental changes, or outcomes related to planting on unauthorized land.
Please consult local burial or scattering regulations if needed.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Misuse of products

  • Acts of nature or events beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
